6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 UKJV)
When we are troubled by anxiety, confusion, and fear, if we entrust our hearts and minds to God, we will actually experience God’s peace, which far surpasses human understanding.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27 UKJV)
It is a special peace that Jesus gives to calm a troubled heart, a peace that is different from the world and is not affected by the surrounding environment or the circumstances of the world.
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you: because he trusts in you. (Isaiah 26:3 UKJV)
Those who place their complete trust in God and entrust their hearts to Him will be kept in perfect peace.
Great peace have they which love your law: and nothing shall offend them. (Psalm119:165 UKJV)
Great Peace (Shalom): This is far more than a quiet moment or the absence of noise. In Hebrew, shalom means wholeness, completeness, safety, and deep spiritual well-being.
True peace comes from being anchored to an unchanging God and His Word.
